About Manage Freediving
Built by a freediving school manager. For freediving school managers.
Manage Freediving started in the middle of day-to-day school operations, not in a pitch deck. It came from the frustration of running a freediving center through spreadsheets, manual follow-ups and too many moving parts that should have lived in one place.
The product exists because the founder had to solve that mess for his own school first. What worked internally became the foundation for something other schools could actually use.

Why I built this
As an instructor, trainer, and manager running a freediving school while also working as a software engineer, I faced the same problem every single day: too many spreadsheets. One for students. One for payments. One for scheduling. Another for certifications. Then more sheets for follow-ups, instructor coordination and all the small things that keep a school running. It worked in the sense that nothing fully collapsed, but it always felt fragile and inefficient.
After a while I stopped seeing it as normal admin work and started seeing it as bad system design. I knew exactly how much time was getting burned by copying data from one place to another, checking whether the latest spreadsheet was really the latest spreadsheet, and fixing mistakes that only existed because the setup itself was messy. Being a software engineer, I could not keep accepting that as the way the school had to run.
So I built the first version for our own freediving center. It was not meant to be a company. It was an internal tool, built to make daily operations less chaotic and more reliable. Once the school started using it, the difference was obvious. Information stopped living in disconnected files. The admin load got lighter. The work felt calmer. We could spend less time managing the system and more time actually running the school.
A year ago, I decided to build a proper version for other schools and instructors facing the same problem. That became Manage Freediving. What exists today is still shaped by that original use case: real operational pressure, real admin work, and a simple question behind every feature whether it actually helps a freediving school run better.
The product today
Manage Freediving is the operating system for running a freediving school: students, bookings, payments, waivers, certifications and analytics in one place, built to reduce admin overhead without forcing instructors into generic software that was never designed for how freediving schools actually work.
